I’m delighted to announce a new, live online course: Life as Practice, a four-week group journey in cultivating wholeness and developing the habits to become our best selves, taking place Wednesdays in September.
Each session focuses on a different area of wellbeing, and is made up of two parts:
An exploration of some of the most helpful models and maps on the topic
A consideration of some of the key practices including a review of the science
By the end of this course, you could:

Sessions will be recorded and shared (so you can catch up if you're late/miss one), and every participant will be offered a 30-minute private consultation during the course.
