What I’ve been up to
I got married to Laura! 💍 The legal ceremony took place at Stadshuset in Stockholm, followed by a wonderful co-created celebration at Emerge Lakefront with 100 of our closest friends from Sweden, the UK, Poland, Spain and beyond. THANK YOU to everyone who made the day so special 🙏
I attended Deep Joy: A Samadhi Retreat with Yahel Avigur and Sari Markkanen at Heponiemi, Finland where I enjoyed sustained access to the first jhāna
I participated in Spark Changemakers on Ekskäret
