Dear friends,
Welcome to another edition of In Correspondence, where once again I’m writing from sunny Stockholm.
What I’ve been up to
I participated in the Weymouth Classic Triathlon, my first Olympic distance event, which I completed in 3h26m 🏊♂️🚲🏃♂️
I spent a weekend in the beautiful Green Man Yurt at Yurtworks in Cornwall where I wrote a new song 🎶
I worshipped all night at The Church’s Borderland pre-party 💒 🍄 🌅
My partner Laura successfully defended her PhD 👩🎓 🎉
Books I read
I read the fascinating Tantric Quest: An Encounter with Absolute Love, and skim-read Breaking Together: A freedom-loving response to collapse and Reality Switch Technologies: Psychedelics as Tools for the Discovery and Exploration of New Worlds.
I’m now reading Iain McGilchrist’s The Matter With Things: Our Brains, Our Delusions, and the Unmaking of the World.
