In Correspondence #3
Welcome to the third instalment of In Correspondence!
What I’ve been up to
I attended my first Psychedelic Society Psychedelic Experience Retreat as a participant. (I co-founded the programme and previously facilitated retreats in 2016/2017, but this was my first time participating.) It was so inspiring to see how far the programme has come, and I can offer a wholehearted endorsement to anyone considering taking part. Read more and apply

I’ve moved to Totnes! I’m writing this from REconomy Centre (for which I’ve helped set up a new Facebook group). This weekend I’ll be at Totnes’ Sea Change Festival
I hosted a screening of Symbiotic Earth: How Lynn Margulis rocked the boat & started a revolution (here’s a clip of one of the most important parts), an introduction to Autopia and an Extinction Rebellion social at the Psychedelic Society
I released a new podcast with Halea Isabelle Kala, director of Transmodernity
My plans
6 June: Hosting a Members’ Social at the Psychedelic Society
8 June: Giving a talk about the Psychedelic Society at The Oddball
13 June (tbc): Public conversation with my dear friend and colleague Stefana Bosse at cocreation.loft in Berlin
17-23 June: Part of the BeeHive camp at Kiez Burn 2019
26 June: I’ll be speaking with Rupert Sheldrake and Robin Carhart-Harris at the Psychedelic Society’s biggest public event to date. I’m delighted that one of my favourite musicians, Boe Huntress, will now also be appearing, and it’s looking like it will be a 700 capacity sellout.
11-14 July: Hosting a workshop in the Mind, Body & Soul area at Noisily Festival on ‘Integration Through Social Action’
22-28 July: perhaps The Borderland
16-18 August: Participating in a conversation with Gail Bradbrook of Extinction Rebellion on Psychedelics, Extinction and Social Change at Breaking Convention
22-25 August: Another conversation with Gail on the Imaginarium stage at Shambala Festival
27-29 September: Metamodern Arts Festival
