Welcome to another edition of In Correspondence! I recently returned to springtime Devon after a month of Swedish winter, and the contrast is strong ❄️ 🌷

What I’ve been up to

  • Following my knowledgegraph of Daniel Schmachtenberger’s thinking on the metacrisis, I created further knowledgegraphs for Alnoor Ladha, Bayo Akomolafe, Jamie Wheal, Jim Rutt, Jordan Hall, Nate Hagens, Nora Bateson, Richard Bartlett, Sophie Strand and Vanessa Andreotti. Check them out

  • Using a similar technique, I created an Obsidian-based wiki for MetacrisisDAO and this sheet exploring the intersection of web3 and the metacrisis using the amazing GPT for Sheets

  • I’m now working on a live knowledgegraph for RADAR, a decentralised global collective discovering and validating emerging trends in culture

  • I had a fun meeting with Regens Unite about a promising collaboration with GreenPill

  • I hosted an event on Post Capitalism & Psychedelic Colonialism with Alnoor Ladha and Lynn Murphy. Recording available here

  • In a couple of days I’ll begin studying the 6-month UC Berkeley Professional Certificate in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

  • Over £1.5m worth of tickets have now been sold via Dandelion. If you’re curious about using it for your next event or gathering, you’re welcome to join the next Dandelion Organisers’ Forum on 16th March

  • My first Spotify appearance… Hana Wolf released her first track, In The Garden, which I play guitar on 🎶

Books I read

I read Atomic Habits by James Clear, Holding Change by adrienne maree brown, Post Capitalist Philanthropy by Alnoor Ladha and Lynn Murphy and The Seven-Day Love Prescription by John and Julie Gottman.

I’m now reading Wetiko: Healing the Mind-Virus That Plagues Our World by Paul Levy.

Futurecraft Residency

A few places still remain at the Futurecraft Residency at this stunning coastal venue in Cornwall, UK from 28th April – 5th May 2023. Join me, Anna Ling, Laura Gottlieb, Gaia Harvey Jackson, Ronan Harrington, Roisin Green and David Basak for a week of cultivating wholeness & crafting regenerative futures through nature connection and wellbeing, exercise and embodiment, connecting with others, self-expression & creativity, and theory, dialogue & discussion.
